Marc Antoine and his wife Anne Burnotte run the Saint-Martin in Courtil, near Bovigny (Gouvy). They are both from the Gouvy area, and insisted that their establishment should reflect the character of the grey Ardennes shale. In the heart of a flowery village in the countryside, this superb 1898 building was built by Dr. Lomry. Antoine's parents bought it in 1986 and turned it into a restaurant with an excellent reputation. The Antoine-Burnotte couple have been in charge since 2004, and Marc Antoine works with his mother who has been at the restaurant since 1986. Marc Antoine went to the hotel school in Libramont.
